Download
the jseu.jar and lib.zip files.
Place the downloaded files into the c:\jseu directory.
Unzip the lib.zip file into the c:\jseu directory.
Double click the c:\jseu\run.bat file, or type in c:\jseu\run.bat from the command line.
If you dont have java installed you can get it by clicking here.
